Integrated Digital Platform for
Real Estate
Challenge
The user interface of ERP was not intuitive and the user has to navigate to various transactions and screens to get accurate information of properties and customers. Property Admins were not able to reserve properties for the customers immediately. Lack of customer information. Delay on the property status.
Solution
Built a bespoke application built on
top of ERP to help users to organize and manage their corporate real estate portfolio across multiple locations. They can use this application to gain insight into customer data, real-time occupancy, financial performance, and more, in order to aid planning and marketing.
Outcome
It allowed Property Administrators and Leasing Executives/Managers to effectively manage their portfolio and service tenants using an intuitive and simplistic interface. Users no longer having to look up data across multiple screens in ERP, but were seeing everything they need at a glance. It enabled leasing agents to access accurate and real-time property data, to quickly connect customers with suitable and available properties, and consequently accelerate leasing deals. Provided users with standard and advanced search filters to match clients to suitable, available properties.

LoadStop is app for truck long vehicles in USA. For picking loading and delivering loading from one location to other location. Driver will be able to login into app. Each driver will have its
own load, driver can accept or reject any load. After accepting load, driver will go to pick up location and will start the journey towards destination. Driver location will be tracked inside and will be sent to backend server. Driver can upload shipment documents on server and can chat with backend admin person. It will automate the operations.
