A commercially and technically astute professional, Mazher has developed his career working with the “Big 4” Consulting Group in the UK. With a total of just under 15 years of experience in designing, leading and delivering some of the most complex Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Mazher’s strengths lie in formulating practical strategies for Business Intelligence, Information Management, Data Governance, Data quality and helping to set up teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs). Mazher has the ability to effectively and efficiently handle complex dynamics where he has project managed and led onshore and offshore teams in delivering and supporting a diverse range of projects within highly demanding and pressurised environments.

He has demonstrated strong negotiation skills and ability to manage user expectations to create a better and efficient working environment.

Maz is passionate about SAP Analytics and SAP Data Warehousing products.

Farhan is entrepreneur and technology expert with 15+ years of experience. Built and led globally-recognized companies such as TEK Headquaters, Geopaq Logic Inc, and multiple consulting companies.
A history of driving business growth and winning market share. Expert at helping brands gain market share by successfully breaking into new markets through marketing and sales, using multi-channels.
Enthusiastic and genuine leader that creates effective teams and seeks constantly for excellency. During his career he has been persistent with 3 key factors: Be congruent, be consistent, and be strong.

Mustasam Abbasi

Before becoming part of Tekhqs, Mustasm was Co-Founder & Business Development Director for Ziel Global Sdn Bhd; a Malaysian based company. He was heading training and development growth within the business. Prior to that he was Heading Infotainment & Connected Car System Software Validation. Heading Validation, Integration & Commissioning Infrastructure for strategic projects delivered across the JLR brand in the UK.

Overall Mustasam brings 17+ years’ of progressive experience with roles in Strategy, Operations and a number of other key business functions, leadership and management expertise within the fields of Business and Product Development, Quality Engineering, and product launch. In recognition of his contributions in this domain, he was awarded a prestigious Middle East Business Leaders Awards for Leadership Excellence in Automotive Innovation and Technology, on 3 December 2018 presented by H.R.H the Prince of Selangor Malaysia. http://www.meblsa.com/awards2018.html

Ibrahim is a motivated individual and a quick learner; he is expert in designing complex cost-effective solutions. He has 15+ years of experience in designing, implementing and supporting large-scale, complex SAP systems with customers in a range of industries including Retail, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, and Manufacturing in various locations across Asia, US, UK and Middle East. He has worked with large functional global enterprises such as Shell Petroleum, TXU Energy, ABB, Al-Futtaim Group, Meydan Group, Nakheel Properties etc. in their complex SAP projects and under diverse cultures and geographies.

Ibrahim has achieved proficiency through multiple SAP projects experience which includes full cycle Implementations, Integrations, Rollouts, Upgrade, Migration, Conversion and Post Implementation Support. He has proven ability to understand business needs, articulate technical requirements, build and maintain strong customer relationships and lead teams to achieve project goals within tight time frames.

His areas of expertise are SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Native HANA, ABAP on HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori and Salesforce.
